Next Wednesday 6th June, Louis Jones Physiotherapy will be busy spreading the word to all the competitors at the Worthing 10K Race 2012. Having raced and won this event in 2005 Louis Jones will be there in order to promote his new physiotherapy clinic. Many athletes are not aware of the benefits of sports massage or physiotherapy in the prevention of injuries, and the differences it can make to a runners longevity in the sport and in their performances.
We certainly hope to see lots of personal bests and happy faces.
